LATE & CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you! At Clarity Laser Aesthetics we require at least 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment without incurring a $25 fee. This fee will also apply to clients that arrive more than 10 minutes late after the service start time. We will do our best to still take you if our schedule allows.
If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you may either do so online, by email or give us a call.
SHAVING POLICY
Shaving before laser hair removal reduces the risk of skin irritation. When the laser is applied to shaved skin, it minimizes the chances of laser light energy interacting with longer hairs, which can lead to discomfort and potential skin reactions. Shaving ensures a smoother, irritation-free laser hair removal experience.
There will be a $15 fee for small areas missed and $25 fee for larger areas. If you have completely forgotten to shave for certain areas, we might need to rebook your appointment which will then also be subject to $25 fee.
Unless otherwise stated by your technician such as areas on the face or consultations, shaving is always required.
